We have better treatment options than we had in 2018 and those were good at the time. More single pill options with less side effect risks AND Injectables for treatment and prevention are now game changers in our fight!

Thanks again for all that volunteered, participated, supported, set up, clean up, attended, and my family and friends. Thanks to those that traveled to celebrate and participate with us. My ongoing collaboration with my Equitas Health family is amazing. Forever connected! We are all doing our part to serve a community that often doesn’t get included in the conversations.

I have waited 14 years to make this post. I hope you take a few minutes to read it. I started Have A Gay Day February 25, 2012 and have been a volunteer for over 14 years. Today, February 28, 2026 I have accepted the job offer as a full time paid Executive Director of Have A Gay Day. I want to thank the board, the community, the magical unicorns that have made this day possible. To the supporters, partners, co-conspirators, and everyone that threw magic for this path, thank you. I look forward to everything I will be able to accomplish and humbly must say thank you in the most amazing kind of way.
