We’re thrilled to (finally!) celebrate Brittney Leeb’s promotion to Vice President of New Business Growth at Impact XM — a milestone that marks her as both the youngest VP and the youngest female executive in our company’s history.

Brittney, who celebrated seven years with Impact XM this June, brings a decade of experiential marketing expertise and a foundation in architecture that blends creativity with strategic structure. Her work has shaped partnerships with global brands like Amazon, Astellas, Hisense, Rockwool, Tempus, Yardi and more, while expanding our footprint across healthcare, tech, and B2B industries.

In her new role, she leads our Greenfield Growth efforts working across Marketing, Operations, Client Services, and Event Production to elevate presale strategy, streamline processes, and uncover fresh opportunities.

Beyond strategy, she’s a mentor, a connector, and a culture champion whose leadership continues to elevate our team.

Not just motion or energy, but movement with purpose. By guiding guests through multiple venues and experiences, we kept engagement high and curiosity alive.

That’s exactly how we helped SailPoint, a software developer, bring their innovative technologies to life in Austin, TX. We designed a dynamic, city-wide experiential journey that connected attendees through a series of immersive moments.

Registration featured an AI-powered photo station, where guests generated custom avatar pins that sparked instant conversations and networking opportunities.

The main session was injected with energy with a surprise performance by iLuminate, a tech-danced based performance company, setting the tone for an unforgettable week.

🎶 The excitement continued into a festival-style celebration at the Long Center, where Flo Rida took the stage against a backdrop of skyline views and local food trucks serving Austin’s best flavors.

For executive guests, the experience elevated even further with a private dinner at the breathtaking Commodore Perry Estate, Auberge Collection — complete with a living champagne wall. 🥂

1️⃣ Avoid Feeds - Use Group Chats for Engagement Social feeds are crowded and algorithm-driven; group chats feel direct and personal. Whether it’s a Slack workspace, WhatsApp thread, or SMS opt-in, giving attendees a channel instead of a feed makes it easier to share updates, reminders, and insider content that gets seen.

2️⃣ Authentic is Better than Polished
Highly produced content has its place, but short, imperfect clips from employees, attendees, or even real-time reactions at an in-person event, often travel further. They make a brand feel human, bringing the energy of the live experience into digital stories.

3️⃣ Navigation is a Digital Pillar
