Life Care Center of Rhea County Life Care Center of Rhea County is a skilled nursing facility in Dayton, TN. Our state-of-the-art nursing home is 2 miles from Rhea Medical Center.

Located 40 miles north of Chattanooga, west of the Tennessee River, Dayton, Tennessee, is home to Life Care Center of Rhea County. The resort-like atmosphere and the homegrown values of our caregivers make us a perfect choice for short-term rehabilitation, long-term care or post-operative recovery. Focusing on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing care, Life Care Center of Rhea County was constructed in 2012 and includes state-of-the-art therapy equipment. As part of a continuum-of-care campus, our residents and patients have access to assisted living, nursing care and rehabilitation services all in one place.

It looks like someone practicing how to button a shirt again. 👔 Rebuilding the strength and dexterity to hold a coffee cup. ☕ Rehearsing the motions to prepare a simple meal and learning to use a reacher to safely pick things up without bending 🫳.
