I went to the woods this week.

and somewhere between the waterfalls and the silence I put something down that I've been carrying for a very long time.

I don't know how to explain what shifted. I just know I came home lighter.

if you're in the middle of the noise right now- the juggling, the pretending, the "I'm fine" on repeat- I want you to know something:

you don't have to figure it all out before you ask for help. you just have to stop pretending you're not tired.

Last night at Beauty Boost I set up a chair, a pair of headphones, and ten minutes of Sacred Rest.

I didn't know what to expect. What I got was a full sign-up sheet, a waitlist, and a room full of women who finally let themselves feel something.

More than one woman cried. More than one said it was the best ten minutes of their night. More than one asked when they could come back.

This is what I do. This is Sacred Rest.
