For our March , we’d like you to meet Kathy!

She has only lived at The Blake for a short time, but she was chosen for her dedication to the community and her willingness to help others. Kathy is a big part of life at The Blake, serving as Secretary for the Resident Council and participating in Trivia every Saturday.

One thing she loves about living at The Blake is getting involved in activities and spending time with friends. She enjoys making crochet dishcloths to give to residents for their birthdays and staying active with card and dice games.

If she could give one piece of advice, it would be: "The Holy Spirit gives me a poke to help me help others."

Fun fact: Kathy worked for GE Electric in the 1960s and spent 15 years at The Lady of Lordes. She is also part of FAITH: Fight Against Injustice Tours Harmony and administered Holy Communion for our community on Ash Wednesday.

Kathy has brought so much life to The Blake, and we are so lucky to have her!
