Here’s an idea of a great workout you can do at home! No equipment needed. Only 12 minutes of your time👏🏼

How it works:
There’s 6 rounds. Each round is 2 minutes.
At the start of each round, do 10 burpees, 15 sit-ups, and then air squat for the remaining time of that 2 minutes.

Being snowed in doesn’t mean we can’t get active! Tag us in your stories if you do it 🔥
