This year’s IMCO Power Meeting team-building experience combined meaningful impact with plenty of fun.

Through the IMCO Putt for a Purpose, nine teams designed and played their own mini golf courses built out of non-perishable food items, canned goods, cereal, rice, and ramen, which were later donated to our local community through Halifax Urban Ministries (HUM). Established in 1981, HUM is a faith-based nonprofit committed to addressing food and housing insecurity across Volusia and Flagler counties.

A sincere thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this initiative a success, and congratulations to all of our award winners.

We appreciate everyone who navigated challenging travel conditions to attend the 2026 IMCO Power Meeting in Daytona Beach, Florida, earlier this week. Thank you as well to our committed Vendor Partner sponsors for making this event possible.

On Tuesday morning, we held rotations that allowed Members and Vendors to meet and discuss growth opportunities in 2026.

Wednesday morning featured a panel discussion titled "What's Keeping Industry Leaders Up at Night?" with IMCO Board Members Randy Bomberger of Manheim Medical Supply Inc. and Hugo Jeffrey of Surgo Surgical Supply, along with Vendor Partners Jonathan Bowman of ZOLL Medical Corp. and Tyler Bergtholdt of Optimal Healthcare Solutions. The discussion made it clear that, amid rapid growth, the current limitations of AI, ongoing freight challenges, and fluctuating tariffs, the guarantee of instability has become one of the most consistent aspects of our industry.

We look forward to incorporating your comments, concerns, and suggestions into our portfolio framework and Convention education to better support both our Member Distributors and Vendor Partners.
