You’re telling me this creamy Alfredo has ZERO pasta… and over 25g protein?!
🥒 Ingredients (1 serving)
½ cup spiralized zucchini (lightly sautéed & drained)
¼ cup low-fat ricotta or blended cottage cheese
2 tbsp shredded mozzarella
2 tbsp diced grilled chicken
Garlic powder + pinch salt

Mix ricotta + seasoning.
Fold in zucchini + chicken.
Top with mozzarella.
Bake 375°F for 12–15 mins (or air fry 8–10 mins).
