🥒 Ingredients (1 serving)

½ cup spiralized zucchini (lightly sautéed & drained)

¼ cup low-fat ricotta or blended cottage cheese

2 tbsp shredded mozzarella

2 tbsp diced grilled chicken

Garlic powder + pinch salt

👩‍🍳 How

Mix ricotta + seasoning.
Fold in zucchini + chicken.
Top with mozzarella.
Bake 375°F for 12–15 mins (or air fry 8–10 mins).

What you do:

Lay thick pickle slices on parchment.

Top each with a small spoon of seasoned ground beef.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar on top.

Air fry 380°F for 6–8 minutes.

The cheese melts and crisps around the edges.
The pickle stays juicy.
The beef is savory and warm.

It tastes like a cheeseburger bite — without the bun.

✨ Spread laughing cow or whipped cream cheese
✨ Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning
✨ Add a slice of turkey or ham

✨ Then AIR FRY for 4–5 minutes

Philly Cheesesteak Protein Bowl (This Is About to Be Everywhere)

This one hits different. Savory beef, soft sautéed peppers and onions, melty cheese — but no bread, no heaviness. It’s warm, cozy, and tastes like takeout in a bowl. The first time I made it, I immediately knew it was repeat-worthy.

Brown lean ground beef with salt and pepper. Add thinly sliced bell peppers and onions; cook until very soft. Stir in a splash of beef broth and 1 tablespoon cream cheese for richness. Top with provolone or mozzarella and let it melt. Eat hot and slow.

Warm, fluffy, cheesy — like the inside of a breakfast sandwich without the bread. It’s filling without being heavy and perfect for slow mornings.

How I make it:
Whisk 1 egg with 2 tablespoons cottage cheese until smooth. Add a pinch of salt and shredded cheese. Microwave 30 seconds, stir, then another 20–30 seconds until set but soft. Let it rest one minute before eating.
