Dear Harmony Massage & Bodywork Clients,

I hope this message finds you all well. I’m writing to share a bit of a change in our Harmony family. As many of you know, my mom, Denise, has been our warm and friendly appointment manager for quite some time. She’s often been the lovely voice on the other end of the phone, and I know many of you have enjoyed chatting with her and getting to know her.

Unfortunately, Denise has decided to step away from the business to focus on other things and to take care of her own well-being. We will miss her dearly in the day-to-day, and I know many of you will, too. Feel free to leave her any well wishes or messages here. I will make sure she gets them.

In light of this change, we’re also in the process of transitioning our phone line. Our main business number (386-488-2122) will be temporarily down for the next few days as we wait for the phone to be returned and reactivated. During this brief transition, you can reach me directly for appointments and inquiries at our temporary number: 321-578-7880. I will update you once I have that number back again. It should be no longer than about a week.

Thank you all so much for your understanding and continued support. If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll make this transition as smooth as possible!

The birthday sale is on! 50% off relaxation massages 60-minutes or longer (Deep tissue is not included). Limit of 2 per person and must be purchased online as a prepaid! This sale is ONLY ONLINE. Not offered at the office. Our appointment manager Denise is out sick and I will be in session so I can’t take sales over the phone.

Also, while Denise is out, I’ll be trying to take the calls. They’re suppose to forward to my phone from the business phone but I can’t see the texts so for the time being, call if you’re having a problem booking but if you can, please take advantage of the online booking system.

The first email’s prices were incorrect. I corrected them in the second email. This sale does not stack with the legacy discount or any other discount. It’s 50% off the regular price of $85/$120/$165 for 60/90/120 minutes.

I get asked what kind of pillow am I putting behind the neck all the time. For those who are always saying they want one, Aldi’s has a very close dupe to the one I use. The tan-pink with polka dots feels almost identical! This was at Aldi on Mason and Nova in Daytona by the Wawa today!

📢 TEMPORARY CLOSURE NOTICE

Due to an unexpected electrical outage in our building, Harmony Massage & Bodywork will remain closed today (5/31/25). Unfortunately, the issue has not yet been resolved, and without power we are unable to operate safely or comfortably — no lights, no AC, and no access to the equipment that keeps our services relaxing and effective.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and will be reaching out to reschedule all affected appointments as soon as possible. Your comfort and care are always our top priorities, and we appreciate your patience and support while we wait for this to be resolved.

Y’ALL! You have got to try bungee cardio classes! This was the most fun I’ve ever had working out! I did the intro class this morning and I can’t wait to go back! My instructor, Stacey, was awesome! I’m so thankful to my client who invited me to come try it out with her (I’ll let her reveal herself if she wants, you know, HIPAA and all that). I can’t wait to go again. If anyone is interested, I’ll drop the details here 👇🏻
