This month, we honor the babies lost to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome and support families affected by this heartbreaking tragedy. 💙💜

SIDS is the sudden, unexplained death of a seemingly healthy baby under 1 year of age. While the exact cause is still unknown, there are steps every caregiver can take to reduce the risk:

✅ Always place babies on their backs to sleep
✅ Use a firm sleep surface with no soft bedding or toys
✅ Share a room, not a bed
✅ Keep baby’s sleep area smoke-free

Together, we can raise awareness, educate others, and help save lives.
