The Killingly Rehab Team has been extremely busy, braving the cold in early 2026.

5 Activations in two weeks!

S263 has responded to 4 structure fires, and a train derailment during this time.
Today, on 2/9/2026 we responded to 3 fires in a single day!

The Team provided heat/shelter for firefighters/ victims, medical observation, and food and water on scene for all involved.

Secondly, the Killingly Rehab Team spent 3 whole days serving your first responders around the clock during the train derailment in Mansfield, CT. Your volunteers took shifts during their spare time/time off from work to staff the truck around the clock for the entire incident.

This just goes to show the power of volunteers, and the dedication the Killingly Rehab Team shows to complete the mission.

I am very proud to say we had over 15 volunteers step up to help your community in need during this time.

Are you ready to step up and serve the community? Your neighbors need you! Volunteerism is a beautiful thing.
