1 in 7 people connected to Community Health Clinics!

Community Health Centers (CHCs) are reaching far more people than annual reports suggest.

New analysis finds that up to 52 million people—about 1 in 7 in the U.S.—rely on Community Health Centers for primary care over time.

These findings highlight the true scale and impact of CHCs’ role in providing comprehensive primary care across changing life circumstances, insurance transitions, and periods of increased need.

AccelHealth is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Compliance & Safety Coordinator to join our team at our De Leon clinic.

This role supports our Director of Compliance & Safety and plays a key part in helping ensure the organization meets healthcare regulations and accreditation standards, including HRSA, HIPAA, FTCA, and safety requirements. Responsibilities include assisting with compliance programs, coordinating safety and compliance committees, supporting audits and trainings, maintaining confidential records, and helping advance safety and risk-management initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to work independently, maintains discretion with confidential information, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This position may also provide occasional administrative backup support to leadership and Human Resources.

Qualifications include:
✔ High school diploma required (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred)
✔ 1–3 years of administrative experience (healthcare experience preferred)
✔ Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
✔ Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
✔ Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation
