Madeline Middleton, Ph.D.
Licensed Psychologist | Licensed Specialist in School Psychology
AccelHealth Behavioral Health Department
Dr. Madeline Middleton is a Licensed Psychologist who works with children, teens, and adults to help them better understand and improve their mental health.
She provides both therapy and psychological assessments through AccelHealth’s Behavioral Health Department.
She offers support with:
• Evaluations for autism, ADHD, and other developmental or emotional concerns
• Evaluations for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mood-related issues
• Foster care evaluations
• Individual, couples, and group therapy
Dr. Middleton welcomes clients of all ages and is currently accepting new patients for both therapy and evaluation services.
She earned her Ph.D. in School Psychology from Texas Woman’s University and has experience working in schools and private practice, helping individuals and families with a wide range of challenges.
She believes in creating a safe, supportive space where people can share their experiences openly. Dr. Middleton takes the time to understand each person’s unique needs and works collaboratively to find practical, meaningful solutions.
Her goal is to empower clients with the tools and understanding needed to feel better and thrive.

AccelHealth is Hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We’re looking for an experienced financial leader to oversee all financial operations, ensure strong internal controls, manage budgets, maximize revenue, and support organizational growth.
The CFO will supervise the finance team, prepare reports, oversee billing, support clinic operations, and help guide strategic decisions. This role also manages insurance participation, internal audits, and the organization’s 340B Program.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s & CPA preferred)
• 5+ years supervisory accounting experience—healthcare or grant-funded setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, compliance & financial reporting
• Ability to develop efficient financial processes and support organizational growth

Santa arrived at the Comanche Public Library and found these two community leaders on the “Nice” list. Pictured: Jackie Escobar, AccelHealth Board Member and Esther Taylor, AccelHealth CEO. It was a special time filled with children’s crafts and a favorite Christmas reading presented by Esther Taylor, Board President of the Comanche County Public libraries.
