I want to take a moment to personally introduce myself - the heart and hands behind Stone and Still.

I’m Dr Teri Postell, DAcCHM, a Doctor of Acupuncture and certified Functional Medicine practitioner. My work bridges the worlds of science and spirit, blending functional medicine, acupuncture, and energetic healing to help you uncover the root causes of imbalance and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm.

Over the years, my approach has evolved through education, experience, and the lessons that only life can teach. I’ve learned that true healing isn’t found in a single protocol or pill. It happens when we slow down, listen deeply, and honor the body’s innate wisdom.
