Shine Sound Therapy, LLC grew out of Sound Practitioner Allisa Turriff’s personal experience with sound healing. Everyday challenges living with panic attacks left her unsure of where to turn or what to try to get to the root of the issue. After doing a bit of reading and deliberating, she thought, “What’s the harm in trying sound healing?” and booked a session in June 2022. Little did she know at the time that that experience would take her further along the journey to becoming a sound therapy practitioner. After her first sound therapy session, Allisa sensed a fundamental shift. It was as if the sound practitioners dissolved some of the emotions causing panic attacks. She experienced a sense of calm, peace and emotional distance that wasn’t there before. Anxiety and worry no longer limited her ability to live her best life. By August 2022, Allisa knew she wanted to help others experience the life-changing benefits of sound therapy. She answered a calling in her heart to use her intuitive nature, compassion, sensitivity, caring personality and passion to provide sound therapy for others. Today, Shine Sound Therapy provides customized sound therapy services, both in person and virtually, to help others attain the peace, alignment and optimum health they deserve. Good news for all of the 40-minute noon Sound Bath attendees at Jenstar Movement Studio!

I know I’ve asked many of you which day of the week you prefer, and the feedback has been a mix of Tuesdays and Thursdays. So, starting in the new year, I’ll be alternating the day each month that the Sound Bath is offered.

This way, everyone has a chance to join in for a mid-day reset and leave feeling calm, grounded, and balanced. Thank you so much for continuing to show up and share this time with me, I’m so grateful for each of you!

- Thursday, December 18: Breathe into Christmas, guided breathwork and sound bath. Check out the event on my page for details and to reserve your spot. Reservations can be made by emailing or texting me.

- Sunday, December 21: Candlelight Slow Flow and Sound Bath. This event is sold out, but does have a waitlist in case anyone cancels. You can join the waitlist by checking out the link on my page or visiting the Jenstar Movement Studio website.
