"First time here, everyone was friendly and helpful ;next stop was the first set of tests, then meet with the Dr. , hre took bis time to ask questuons to get himself caught up to speed , why why,what ect.
Then the eye check and eye test
Then he took time to answer questions , and explain how and why with his replys.

As a new patient, staff were amazing in getting me a same-day appt (due to a cancellation), helping me select fun frames, walking me through my VSP coverages, etc. Eye exam by Dr Nelson was thorough.
