🎉🎉We are proud to announce and celebrate Hannah’s promotion from Lead BCBA to Assistant Clinical Director!🎉🎉

Over the past five years, Hannah has developed a strong foundation at Milestones, gaining in-depth experience across clinical programming, supervision, and team collaboration. During her time here, she has built a comprehensive understanding of our standards of care, operational processes, and the values that guide our work.

Her growth within the organization has allowed her to expand her clinical expertise while strengthening her leadership skills beyond her own caseload. Hannah’s knowledge of our systems, combined with her ability to support and mentor team members, makes her well prepared to step into the Assistant Clinical Director role.

In this new position, Hannah will help oversee clinical caseloads across the team, working closely with our BCBAs to support high-quality programming and ensure our ABA processes remain consistent and effective. She will also continue leading group supervision for our interns and helping maintain and strengthen our RBT training program.

This promotion reflects both her dedication over the past five years and the confidence we have in her leadership moving forward. We are excited to see her step into this expanded role and continue contributing to the strength and growth of our clinical team.🤩

🎉BIG NEWS🎉We are incredibly proud and excited to welcome David back to Milestones — this time as our Lead BCBA!🥳🥳🥳

There is something truly special about welcoming back someone who began their professional journey here. David started at Milestones as an RBT (in January 2019!), where his dedication to clients and passion for the field were evident from the start. David left us in 2021, but for a great reason - earning his Master’s degree from Marquette University and gaining valuable experience over the past three years as a BCBA at another ABA center.

Now, David returns to Milestones not only with advanced clinical expertise, but as a leader!🤩

As our Lead BCBA, David will be overseeing a caseload while also providing supervision and guidance to our CMI, Paige. This role represents a significant level of trust and responsibility. It requires strong clinical judgment, mentorship, collaboration, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care — and we are confident David embodies all of these qualities.

His return is more than just filling a leadership position. It is a full-circle moment that reflects growth, dedication, and the kind of professional development we value at Milestones. Seeing someone grow from an RBT within our organization to stepping into a Lead BCBA role is something worth celebrating. It speaks to David’s hard work and to the strong foundation that makes Milestones such a meaningful place to build a career.
