Pilates Mat Class for Beginners:

⭐️Start Date - April 11th (goes for four consecutive Saturdays)

A special week in the studio… I had the honor in subbing the 5:30 PM Wednesday night Pilates Equipment Mat Class.

The women in this class are amazing, brilliant, and so loving & supportive to themselves & each other.

The theme for class was feeling our own body “Meet & Greet” each other…

Our inner thighs adored meeting and greeting each other in our Pilates Single-Leg-Circles exercise which curated a whole new experience & connection in our body and then for the rest of our Pilates movement…

Our posterior shoulder girdle adored meeting and greeting the Pilates mat as our bodies paused in a supine position on the mat (before enjoying Teaser with the Pilates Push-Through Bar). And with this intentional sequence of movement and experience of our Single-Leg-circles exercise, it created a whole new connection in our Pilates Teaser exercise…

Everything is deeply connected and is adding up to deeper function OR if we are not intentionally adding awareness & functional dynamic neuro-cognitive imagery in our movement we are unintentionally creating our next injury or ache & pain in our body.

Needless to say, the 5:30 PM Wednesday night Pilates Mat-Equipment Class invigorated our whole body & brain, strengthened & lengthened every muscle and fiber in us, and filled our hearts back up with pure love & clear filters; to be with ourselves, make loving-high-functioning-choices and shift us deeper in the love and brilliance that is in us and around us.
