1.Start with a baseline
If an hour of walking hurts, don’t force it. Find what you can do with minimal pain and build from there.
2.Train around the pain
Just because one area hurts doesn’t mean you stop everything. You can still build strength, stay active, and keep momentum without flaring things up.
3.Figure out the root cause
If you don’t know why your pain started, you’ll keep guessing. And guessing keeps you stuck.
