Happy Friday! I’m going to keep it real here. I don’t know about you but, I’m in the season of finding myself again. Some of you may have seen my IG posts and all. Let me start. Yes, I’ve been a Mary Kay consultant locally in my town since 2013 off and on. I also have a little jewelry biz/hobby really, since 2021 but that is more of a “when I feel like it” kind of a thing, hence, hobby. ☺️ That one is fun and more like a party thing to me! It has the dance club vibes to me which I’ve always loved!

✨👉🏼 I’ve been into health and fitness since 1989 and my dream was to become a personal trainer where I later learned that I don’t like creating programs. My area seemed to be in accountability and giving resources to others as well as tips and knowledge of my skills that I’ve learned on my own and in the books. In the past I’ve had private groups on fb for fun, following along with me, mini challenges and more. I may do that again if enough are interested.

For years, I’ve been exploring health, beauty, and just gentle ways to care for myself - and I love sharing what I’ve learned. I’ve been running a local beauty business for many years now, as well as a little jewelry business and it’s taught me so much about confidence, self-care, and really, helping women feel their best.

Right now, I’m in a season of exploration-figuring out which direction to focus on next. Whether it ends up being beauty, health related, or even a creative venture of some kind, I’m excited to share the journey with you.

It’s about real life, curiosity, and celebrating every step along the way!

👟 After 40, fitness isn’t about pushing harder, it’s about moving smarter...

For many of us in midlife, exercise stopped feeling enjoyable, or sustainable.

As I am 55 years old, so not in my 40s any longer, still, this page exists for women 40+ who want to move again-without punishment, pressure, or burnout.

No extremes.
No “all or nothing.”
Just strength built slowly, with respect for your body.

It all began in 2015 when I decided to commit to getting certified as a personal trainer. And then, I couldn’t stop. Moved up to a master trainer. I have decided I cannot just throw that away…..It was ALOT of hard work!! Studying, and late nights to finish it.

I think it’s time I revisit it since I put in the hard work. Which means, I can go in a lot of different ways with this. Through prayer, I really need clarity in where exactly to go with this. My goal is to reach a decision by the new year. 🙏🏼

☀️ Sitting here finishing my coffee looking at the sunlight coming in on the curtains. I love the sunshine. So, I ran across a post that said, be thankful for where you’re at, someone else is wishing they had what you have. As I scrolled through that carousel post, which is in my stories now, it made me think. God sure does talk to us in many ways. Be watchful because he is talking to you through something you see whether it’s outside, tv or maybe a post. ✨ Did you know in a study done they’ve found we can turn back time just by exercising? A rigorous, two year exercise program that involves high intensity interval training could reverse heart aging by up to 20 years in middle aged individuals.

💥 We should aim for 150 minutes a week. Which means, 30 min. 5 times a week or, 25 minutes 6 days a week. You do the math of what works but, I’m here to help with coaching. 😊
