So grateful for all the babies and mamas I get to care for and everyone in between.

Clocked out:
From Disney days to camping trips, cheering on my favorite girl at her sporting events, and exploring new places…these are the moments that fill my cup. Loving every adventure with my family 💗

Clocked In: from littles to adults, my “clocked-in” consists of creating relationships and guiding my “work family” to health and wellness.

Clocked Out: spending time with my three littles, my wife and seeing what adventures we can get ourselves in to. From beach days with sun to Disney world and all in between, it’s always an adventure with the Stewart crew!

From taking care of your family to mine, it’s always all about family 🤍

Babies, mommas and student athletes are some of my favs during my “work day”. I am almost 28 years in practice and being “clocked in” still doesn’t feel like work. Blessed to care for so many awesome families!

“Clocked out” me loves the lake with my family, long walks with our Golden, cheering on my fav lacrosse players, workouts with my daughter, reading & meal prepping (lots of laughs and dancing in the kitchen)

Picture this: the adjusting room is set up, our Docs are ready, coffee’s kicked in... and then the patient doesn’t show 🤦‍♀️

That’s the reality of last-minute cancellations and no-shows. It’s not about being harsh - our policies are in place so we can respect everyone’s time, keep LFC running smoothly, AND to make sure patients who do need care can get in because we’d always rather spend our time adjusting patients than calling them ☎️

Big thanks to all our patients who value the time and effort that goes into every appointment - you truly keep us going🤍

Please help us welcome our new massage therapist Clara to our team! She will be here to take care of you all on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays 🙌

A bit about Clara:
Favorite pastime is dancing 🪩

Fav coffee order is cinnamon dolce latte with oat milk! (She fits right in!) ☕️

Fun fact is: she was a band geek in high school & knows how to play percussion, a little guitar, piano, French horn & trombone! 🎶🎼🎵🎤

Clara has been an awesome addition to our team! She has a passion for fitness and mobility. In addition to massage, cupping & hot stone, she offers stretch sessions, lymphatic drainage & muscle mechanics- helping to restore proper movement to your body 💪🏻
