while you’re taking care of everything on your list, don’t forget to take care of YOU

When we are stuck in fight or flight, all the joy of the season can get overshadowed by the long to do lists and holiday hustle. Choose calm over chaos and remember they need our presence more than presents 🎁

Take a breath, go for a walk, enjoy a coffee, find all the tiny joys & ENJOY the beauty of the season. I’m wishing you all the magic & wonderful memories ❤️💚
