🙏🏾Honor God with your Body🙏🏾

When I started training myself I noticed that my relationship with God and my purpose gotten stronger.

But why??

Our bodies were meant to do great things in spite of the distractions (bad foods, diets, habits etc.) in the world.

So how do I honor God with my body?

I eat healthy, I workout consistently and most importantly… I work DAILY on my mental health. Making this a priority has not only helped me build strength physically but it’s allowed me to become a better woman spiritually and emotionally.

Most of us practice our spiritual beliefs but how often do you practice those same things in the natural state?

Putting myself in a vulnerable position has allowed me to reach my fullest potential.

Ask yourself this… are you ready to take a chance on yourself to see results or will you allow your distractions to control your destiny.
