At The Eye Surgery Institute, we are a full service eye care practice. That means we handle eye exams, LASIK eye surgery, cataract treatments, dry eye, eye diseases, glaucoma and much more. We also have an optical shop so that you can shop for a comfortable and trendy pair of new eye glasses. For over 60 years, we’ve been serving residences of Dearborn Michigan and the surrounding areas. Our highly experienced staff includes Dr. Stanley Grandon, Dr. Alaina Kronenberg, and Dr. Cindy Wang. Dr. Grandon is a board-certified ophthalmologist and a Detroit native. His areas of expertise are refractive surgery, cataract surgery, and glaucoma surgery. For refractive surgery, he is experienced in both Epi-LASEK and LASIK. Dr. Grandon is a founding member of both the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, as well as the Michigan Kerato-Refractive Society. Her specialties are macular degeneration, diabetic eye care, glaucoma, cataract surgery, and more. She is distinguished as one of the top ophthalmologist in the USA. Dr. Kronenberg has dedicated her time at a non-profit health organization by performing cataract surgery in India to those in need. Dr. Wang has had training at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and the University of California, Berkeley. She has also completed rotations at the American Lake VA Hospital and Cedars Sinai. Dr. Wang is highly experienced in Corneal Refractive Therapy, an innovative and non-surgical treatment for myopia.
