Levent G. and his wife didn’t just open a pharmacy when they launched Ann Arbor Drugs —they opened a space built on care, connection, and community. The store is filled with antique pharmacy pieces, many of which were gifted by patients who now consider Ann Arbor Drugs their home.

It’s immediately clear that Levent and his wife have a genuine passion for serving their community and giving back well beyond the counter. Since opening their doors in February, they’ve already made an incredible impact, and we’re excited to see what the coming years hold.

From expanding into compounding and growing their clinical service offerings to collaborating with the University of Michigan and future pharmacy students, their commitment is unmistakable.

Ann Arbor is truly fortunate to have such a dedicated owner and remarkable couple serving the community—and we’re honored to call them AAPA members.

We recently had the opportunity to visit him at Bishop Pharmacy in Burton, Michigan, alongside IPC and the Michigan Pharmacists Association.

It’s clear why this location has become such a critical access point for the community. From clinical services to everyday patient care, Bishop Pharmacy has truly become a pillar for the region.

We’re grateful to have Raj as part of the AAPA family and appreciate everything he does to support the rural communities across the Mitten.
