Happy Administrative Professionals Day! 🎉

Today, we want to take a moment to truly recognize the heart of our organization—our incredible administrative team. The work you do often happens behind the scenes, but its impact is felt in every interaction, every success, and every smooth day we have.

Your dedication, patience, and care do not go unnoticed. You are the steady support, the problem-solvers, and the friendly faces that keep everything moving forward. The way you show up each day makes a meaningful difference to our team and to the people we serve.

We are so grateful for everything you do—today and every day. Thank you for being such an essential part of who we are. 💜✨

🌟 OT Spotlight! 🌟

Today, we proudly highlight Mallory, COTA. Mallory was inspired to become a COTA after seeing the impact occupational therapy had on her brother, who has Down syndrome. Growing up, she witnessed how OTs supported not only his development but also involved and uplifted her entire family—an experience that left a lasting impression and led her to pursue this field.

What she finds most rewarding is building meaningful relationships with families and helping individuals gain the skills, independence, and confidence to thrive.

Thank you, Mallory, for the heart, empathy, and dedication you bring to every interaction—your work is truly making a meaningful difference! 💜

🌟 OT Spotlight! 🌟

Today, we are shining the spotlight on MaryKelly, MOT, OTRL.

MaryKelly was drawn to occupational therapy for its unique, whole-person approach—one that looks beyond a single challenge to truly understand and support the individual. She loves that OT brings together science, creativity, and heart to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

What she enjoys most is the opportunity to step into the world of those she serves. Whether it’s participating in meaningful activities or supporting everyday routines, MaryKelly values building genuine connections through what matters most to each person.

Thank you, MaryKelly, for the compassion, creativity, and dedication you bring to your work each and every day! 💜

National Autism Awareness Day 💙

Today, we recognize National Autism Awareness Day. It is a time to increase understanding, promote acceptance, and celebrate the diverse experiences of individuals on the autism spectrum.

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), is a developmental condition that affects how a person communicates, interacts, and experiences the world around them. It is called a “spectrum” because every individual has unique strengths, challenges, and ways of engaging with others. Some individuals may need significant support in their daily lives, while others live more independently, but every experience is valid and important.

Awareness is about learning the facts, but true impact comes from acceptance and inclusion. This means creating environments where individuals with autism feel respected, supported, and empowered to be themselves; at home, in schools, in workplaces, and throughout our communities.

Today and every day, we encourage you to:
💙 Listen to and uplift autistic voices
💙 Challenge stereotypes and misconceptions
💙 Practice patience, empathy, and understanding
💙 Advocate for inclusive spaces and opportunities

Together, we can move beyond awareness and build a more inclusive world where differences are not just accepted, but valued.
