LAHC’s Voices of Youth: Community Needs Assessment Survey invites young people ages 14–20 to share their experiences, ideas, and perspectives on leadership programs.

Try these holiday activities that will have the whole family up and moving! 🎄💪

❄️New Years Fitness-
Start by standing in a circle. Going clockwise, each participant picks an exercise to match a number (ex: 1 squat). Count up to 12, then go backwards each round!

❄️ Holiday Charades-
Break into 2 teams and take turns acting out holiday characters or phrases. First team to 10 points wins! (Write ideas on slips of paper and draw from a hat or bag.)

❄️Freeze Dance-
Take turns pausing/playing the music and dance until it stops. If you keep dancing—you’re out until the next round!
Perfect for light movement, sharing laughs, and making holiday memories ❤️
