She is an inspirational person with her own amazing Evolution. She's bringing her expertise and training to our clients. This is a phenomenal class. It's a hybrid of mat pilates and HIT! We will have the classes available for both. I think I used every single muscle in my body today.

1. Dehydration and Depression

The brain is ~75% water. Even mild dehydration (1–2% body weight loss) disrupts serotonin and dopamine regulation, raising risk of low mood.

Elevated cortisol from dehydration worsens stress and can mimic symptoms of depression.

2. Dehydration and Fatigue

Reduced water decreases blood volume, forcing the heart to work harder → less oxygen/nutrient delivery.

Cellular energy production (ATP) slows down when hydration is low, leaving you feeling tired and sluggish.

3. Dehydration and Migraines

Fluid loss is a recognized migraine trigger.
