The director, Sandra Papiez, has been in the holistic healing field for over 33 years. She is passionate about empowering clients to increase their self awareness, find balance and access their inner guidance in regards to their best individual self-care. Over the years she has trained in many forms of therapeutic bodywork; including Polarity, Trager, Somatic Experiencing(Trauma Work), Myofascial Release Massage, Craniosacral, Reflexology and much more. She offers many other therapeutic services as well. When the body’s cells are working optimally, a natural detoxification occurs and the body has the opportunity to heal itself of dis-ease. All therapies at the Choosing TLC emphasize “Wholeness” and work with the intent and acknowledgement of the body’s own “Inner Wisdom” to balance– based on the knowledge that we are not separate parts, but a mini-universe of inter-relating systems that work cooperatively for the good of the entire body.
