Started out as Buddy Up in 2009, Became Right Weigh Nutrition in 2011, Added Allstar Fit Club in 2012, Moved to the Big Lots Plaza in 2013 and combined both to become Allstar Nutrition Wellness & Fit Club. Had building issues and moved over by Goodwill and Dollar Tree in Orange City from 2015-2020. I still sell the same products and offer the same coaching but now do it from home. Ingredients:
• 1 stick Liftoff – Pineapple Push
• 1 scoop CR7 Drive – Açaí
• ½ tsp Herbal Tea Concentrate – Peach
• 2 scoops H24 Creatine

Berry Chia Protein Shake 🍓
Ingredients:
• 2 scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix Wild Berry
• 2 scoops Herbalife Protein Drink Mix Vanilla
• 1 cup water
• 1 tbsp white chia seeds
• ½ cup strawberries, halved (fresh or frozen)
• 3–5 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Let sit for a few minutes to allow the chia seeds to thicken the shake.
✨ Enjoy!
