Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Athens State University, attended John C. Calhoun Community College and holds certification from the Institute of Therapeutic Massage & Movement of Nashville. He has worked in the Professional Massage Therapy industry for 17 years and is licensed in Alabama and Tennessee and nationally certified. With years of experience in varied therapy modalities including Swedish Relaxation, Myofascial, Neuromuscular, Reflexology, Thai Yoga, Lymphatic Drainage and Cranio Sacral, he provides a personalized approach for each client. Michael was born in Decatur, Alabama, and has recently returned home after living in Nashville, Tennessee for the last 25 years. Having two major passions, Art and Massage Therapy, he has created a space for both under one roof where he offers his customer a brief escape from the outside world and a time for inner focus.

I’m getting a refresher course in lymphatic massage this weekend to help my wonderful clients. I appreciate each of you and thank you for your support. January will mark my 5th year back in Decatur offering massage therapy and my 23rd year in the business. I hope to see you soon!

My door sign may look pumpkinish, but pumpkin spice isn’t an essential oil to my knowledge.
