You don’t need to be an existing patient to visit our walk-in clinics. This winter, stop in for common seasonal illnesses like colds, flu, sore throats, and other non-emergency needs. We’re here for you.

Rapid Care is OPEN 10:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.

Walk in for same-day care for all ages, including minor illnesses, injuries, and more.

Visit us at 575 W. Hay Street. No appointment needed.

As we head into the holiday week, we want to remind our community that Good Samaritan Inn will be open on Thanksgiving, serving a free hot meal to anyone in need, just as we do 365 days a year.

If you or someone you know could use a warm meal and a welcoming place to sit, our doors will be open from 11:30am–1:00pm.

No questions asked. Just care, compassion, and community. 🧡

We’re proud to share that Charmaine Robertson-Stoner, LCSW, Chief Behavioral Health Officer, and Emily Wilkey, BA, Recovery Services Coordinator, presented today at the IPHCA Maternal Health Summit in Bloomington.

Their session, “Social Supports for Pregnant and Postpartum Patients,” highlighted the innovative, family-centered work happening through our Pregnant & Parenting Program.

The Summit brings together FQHC providers from across Illinois to focus on improving maternal health outcomes through evidence-based practices and successful community programs. Charmaine and Emily did an incredible job representing Crossing Healthcare and sharing the impact of our work with pregnant and parenting individuals in recovery.

Crossing Healthcare’s new Rapid Care walk-in clinic is now open at 575 W. Hay Street on the Decatur Memorial Hospital campus.

Rapid Care provides quick, convenient care for all ages with minor illnesses and injuries. Just walk in when you need us - no appointment needed.

🕓 Hours: Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
📍 Location: 575 W. Hay Street, Decatur (on the Decatur Memorial Hospital campus)
