Thursday Therapy Thoughts

It’s easy to assume that whatever shows up on an MRI must be the reason you hurt, but research shows many spine findings like disc bulges and degeneration are very common in people with no symptoms at all, which is why imaging works best when combined with your symptoms and a physical exam. Why It Works Wednesday

Your physical therapist looks at how joints, muscles, and everyday movements may be linked to neck or back pain. This helps guide care based on your symptoms rather than assumptions or generic advice.
✅ Tip: Understanding what aggravates symptoms often helps guide better care.
