We are hosting two free postpartum support groups this Spring in partnership with the Pregnancy Massage Center:

Monthly In-Person: Friday mornings in Oakhurst.
Monthly Virtual: Monday evenings for those with traditional work schedules.

We aim to create a “resource village” where new mothers (or soon-to-be moms!) can connect and find support throughout their journey. I’ve attached a flyer for these groups and would appreciate you passing them along to anyone who may be interested!
