Choosing the right place for rehab or long‑term care is a big decision, and you don’t have to make it alone.

Heritage Place of Decatur, we’re dedicated to helping each resident reach their highest level of independence through personalized therapy and compassionate nursing care. From skilled rehab after surgery, stroke, or injury to long‑term, non‑skilled stays, our experienced team tailors services to fit each person’s unique needs.

We work with a wide range of insurance plans. We provide PT/OT/ST up to 5x per week when needed, and focus on safe, confident returns home whenever possible.

If you or a loved one could benefit from rehab or are considering long‑term care, we’d love to visit with you, answer questions, and offer a tour.

Throughout her journey, she has garnered extensive experience in multiple fields, including shelters, counseling, hospice care, hospitals, clinics, and her current role in rehab and long-term care. Her profession is driven by her love for being around people and making a difference in their lives.
