I’m Raylee Carey, a Sports Management graduate from Henderson State University. As a former catcher for the Henderson State softball team and a member of the Honors College, I learned the value of discipline, teamwork, and continuous growth. These principles now guide my approach to life and training.

After years of athletic development, I became certified in Functional Strength Training, in hopes to help others build strength, confidence, and resilience. My coaching philosophy centers on mastering fundamentals and progressing with purpose. I’ve had the opportunity to train athletes ages 11–20 from a variety of sports backgrounds, helping them discover their potential through hard work and commitment.
