From fun outings and sweet K9 companion visits to getting creative with spring painting, there’s always something happening. We even took a little trip to Holland—celebrating with delicious Dutch apple pie and great company. It’s moments like these that make our community feel like home

Easter 🐣 Celebration at our Assisted Living Community. Lots of fun playing Name-That-Bunny. Making Easter Bonnets (while singing along with Judy Garland) and showing off their bonnets. Tasty treats, tons of laughs and finished watching The Dog that Saved Easter 🧡💙

🌕🌸 Get Ready for the Pink Moon!

April 1, the full “Pink Moon” will light up the sky in all its glory. While it won’t actually appear pink, its name comes from the early spring bloom of moss pink flowers that spread vibrant color across the ground this time of year.

This full moon is special—it’s the first one of spring, symbolizing new beginnings, warmer days, and nature coming back to life. Across different cultures, it has been given names that reflect this seasonal shift, from melting ice and flowing rivers to the return of birds and blooming plants.

It also plays an important role in setting the date for Easter, as it’s considered the Paschal full moon. And this year, it happens to fall on April Fools’ Day—just a fun little cosmic coincidence!
