4 easy exercises to help keep the plane/bus/car/train stiffness from ruining your holidays:

✈️ World’s Greatest Stretch: 5 reps of each movement on each side
✈️ Prayer Stretch Rockbacks (2 versions): 10 rock backs with each arm position, holding 3-5 seconds each
