If you're prepping for some travel this holiday season, I've got you.
Listen, travel throws everything off.
Your posture, your sleep, your stress levels, even your body.
Before you know it, your neck's tight, your back's sore, and you're wondering why you feel worse after a trip than before it.
Here's the truth: travel isn't the problem.
It's how we move through it.
If you start paying attention to how you move throughout your travels, you can start to travel AND feel good while doing it.
A few small shifts make all the difference:
– Give your neck some support (yes, the travel pillow matters)
– Lift carefully and switch sides with your luggage
– Be kind to your shoulders. Choose backpacks over totes
– Adjust those hotel pillows like your alignment depends on it (because it does)
– Schedule recovery time after your trip so your body doesn't pay for your itinerary
The goal isn't "perfection," it's awareness.
Because your trip should restore you, not wreck you.
If your body needs some support, and you're in the Atlanta area, I've got you.
