🍂🍁 Raking leaves? Keep your back and joints safe! Fall leaves are beautiful-but raking them can be tough on your body. Here are a few quick tips to stay safe:
-Warm-up first! Stretch your arms, shoulders, and back
-Use your legs, not your back. Bend your knees when lifting piles
-Switch sides often. Don't always rake from the same side-your muscles need a break!
-Take it slow. Raking isn't a race! Drink water and rest when needed.
