This series continues the journey from Connect & Restore I, diving deeper into the connection between your pelvis, ribs, breath, and core. Over five weeks, you’ll explore common contributors to core dysfunction, deepen your breathwork practice, build strength through targeted movement, and learn more advanced self-massage techniques.

Each class builds on the last, leading to a progressive yoga practice designed to support relief from common pelvic floor and core challenges.

✨ Prerequisite: Completion of Connect & Restore I is required.
