Patient of the Month Spotlight – David Lowery
Join us in celebrating David Lowery, our Patient of the Month at Encore Rehabilitation – Fayette!
Mr. Lowery came to us experiencing significant pain in the bottom of his foot, later diagnosed as Plantar Fasciitis. The discomfort had progressed to the point where even walking became a challenge. Determined to get back on his feet, he began physical therapy with a focus on reducing pain while improving strength and flexibility.
After hearing a recommendation from a friend who had a great experience with us, Mr. Lowery chose Encore Rehabilitation – Fayette for his care—and we’re so glad he did! He shared that our team was “super helpful, nice, and made it very enjoyable to come to physical therapy,” which is exactly the environment we strive to create for every patient!
It has truly been a joy working with Mr. Lowery and watching his progress. His dedication and positive attitude have made a big difference in his recovery, and we are so thankful to be part of his journey as he continues to get better every day!

🌟 Patient of the Month – Dale Williams 🌟
Encore Rehabilitation – Haleyville is proud to highlight Dale Williams as this month’s Patient of the Month!
Dale recently underwent a total knee replacement and chose Encore Rehabilitation for his recovery. When asked why he returned, Dale shared, “I chose Encore Rehabilitation because of past experience and they were awesome!”
Throughout his physical therapy journey, Dale has worked hard on stretching, balance activities, and exercises focused on improving knee bending and mobility. He noted how much he appreciated the personalized approach from our team, saying, “Not only was I asked to do the exercises, but they explained the exercise and told me why they were important and the benefits of the exercises.”
Dale’s dedication and positive attitude have played a key role in his progress, and it has been a pleasure working with him every step of the way.

“I had two falls. My legs and ankles were weak. My doctor referred me to Encore Rehabilitation-Pelham to help build and strengthen my bones and muscles. I received a wide variety of strength training and balance exercises. The Physical Therapy helped immensely! Each time I came, I was able to do a little more than the time before. There were many different exercises so it was never boring or monotonous. I always looked forward to coming to rehab.

We LOVE the communities where we live and work!! Thank you, Bevill State!
We had a great time at the Bevill State MAP Event connecting with students from surrounding counties and sharing our passion for healthcare careers!
Our team enjoyed talking with students about opportunities in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and athletic training. It was exciting to see so much interest in these rewarding fields.
Students also got hands-on experience as we demonstrated upper and lower extremity activities focused on improving balance, strength, and dexterity. From interactive exercises to real-world applications, it was a fun and engaging day for everyone involved.
Thank you to Bevill State for hosting such a great event—we always enjoy the opportunity to inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals!
