Becky began her healthcare career as a CNA, where she built a strong foundation and appreciation for hands on patient care. After earning her LVN from Weatherford College in 1999, she returned in 2025 to complete her Associate Degree in Nursing and become a Registered Nurse. Long-term care has always been her passion, and she is dedicated to serving this population with compassion and purpose.
As Director of Nursing, Becky’s goal is simple: to ensure every resident experiences dignity, comfort, and the best quality of life possible. She believes strong teamwork leads to exceptional outcomes for both residents and staff.
Family is central to Becky’s life, and outside of work she enjoys spending time with her loved ones and her four dogs. Her office reflects who she is: a lover of learning, positivity, and the color purple. Becky considers it an honor to serve residents, families, and her team each day.

Today was a busy day here at the Hills. Beachball volleyball with physical therapy, my wonderful volunteer Ariel came to do Nails, and we had a great show after lunch with Elvis Presley! Day full of fun and good music!
