First working day of the year—and I couldn’t be more grateful to be back in the chair.
My first client came in excited, ready, and deeply invested in the work. After a powerful session, I stepped into the waiting area and someone was there asking to set up new services!!
And it reminded me of something important:
Healing creates momentum.
When one person chooses to do the work, it opens doors for others to do the same.
This year—no matter how your life looks on the outside—find a safe place and a safe person to process what you’ve lived through. Survival kept you going, but it was never meant to be your permanent address. The goal is growth. Freedom. True happiness.
You are needed.
You are necessary.
And showing up—whether fully healed or actively healing—matters more than you think.
Let this be the year you stop just surviving… and start becoming.
