Thank you to the GA Academy of Audiology for having me out to speak about vestibular assessment and rehab from the PT perspective! I really enjoyed getting to talk about the team required to manage vestibular conditions and talk about some of the unique things I get to do combining dance medicine and vestibular rehab! I’m so happy I got to meet some wonderful people and chat with others interested in the best care for our patients with vestibular disorders!

IADMS 2025 was one for the books! These conferences are entirely too much fun! I learned so much and had the opportunity to network with so many brilliant dance medicine professionals from all around the world!
I gave a talk with my colleague from Pittsburgh and lead a workshop with the Task Force on Dancer Health cross training committee! ( )
It was an amazing time in Vegas! Now to start planning for next year!

I am so excited! My new commissioned piece of art arrived today and I could not be more excited about how it turned out. outdid herself creating this stunning ballerina in my colors! I can’t even get a photo that truly does the color justice! You will just have to come see it next time you are in clinic 💜😊

We all know how I like things to match and color coordinate… so my good friend at took my pull up bar and my safety catch bars and turned them from red 😣 to WILD PURPLE!! 😁 Now the TriHealth gym is fully color coordinated and my heart is happy 💜

Emma had the pleasure of presenting something a little different than her usual dance cross training presentation on Saturday. She was invited to speak on fencing cross training and injury prevention at the 7th Annual RASP Retreat in Talapoosa, GA. It was an honor to come speak to rapier and saber fencers and instructors from around the country about preventing injury and keeping fencers fencing! 🤺💪🏼
Emma loves discussing ways to incorporate performance specific cross training into a holistic training program for any sport or activity. This talk was specific to HEMA (Historical European Martial Arts) fencing training, which differs from modern fencing. Historical fencing often uses different weapon than modern sport fencing- like rapier, dagger, longsword and saber. ⚔️🗡️
TriHealth PT would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to all that attended and participated in the workshop and to the for hosting this wonderful event. And another big thank you to for the perfect image for this title slide! Hope to do something like this again in the future!

❕Patient Spotlight❕

Congratulations to Hope and her wonder horse, Benny, on their debut dressage show today! They have both been working so hard lately to get show ready and today was their day!

Hope has been putting in the personal work to get stronger, improve her stability in and out of the saddle and overcome injuries from an accident a few years ago. Her determination and persistence are inspiring!

Dressage is a very challenging sport. Riders are supposed to make it look easy but it requires perfect balance and intense control of the riders physical movements to cue the horse to move in very specific ways. And, the rider movements and the horse movements must be in perfect sync - which is wayyy harder that it looks!! Hope and Benny have only been working together for a few months and he has had his own anxieties and challenges to overcome, but it has been so rewarding watching them grow together and develop a beautiful bond of understanding and respect. 🐴 ❤️

Congrats on your debut and we can’t wait to see what else you two accomplish!! 🥇 🥈 🥉

The new clinic space has been up and running for a few weeks now so here it is, the finished version. Lucy and I are loving treating out of this space and our clients really seem to be liking it too! 💜 It is bright, spacious, welcoming and still has the quirk and charm that TriHealth is known for.

Off she goes on her next grand adventure, hiking the 500 mile Camino de Santiago in Spain 🥾

Amanda has worked so hard this year to overcome injuries and pain, build her strength and prepare herself both physically and mentally for this trip of a lifetime.
