We believe in giving back to our community! So when we heard an organization serving children was in need, the answer was easy! Of course we would help! 💜

Thank you Addy's Hope North Texas for the donation of water bottles for the students at our Center.

Our Boyd Head Start students are now carrying water bottles like they are heading into an all-day meeting.

We hosted our annual Coffee Moms Christmas Party where we had fun connecting with fellow adoptive moms, exchanged Christmas mugs, and everyone went home with a door prize!!

If you are an adoptive mom looking to connect, we would love to have you join us in January!!! We meet once a month at the Addy's Hope North Texas office just to connect and support each other on this journey of being an adoptive mama!

November They Wait Stats
November was National Adoption Month, but we celebrate families and adoption every day here at Addy’s Hope. Our staff are dedicated to guide every family through the adoption process, ensuring the perfect match between children and families. Each month, we want to celebrate the hard work and success of both our case managers and the amazing Addy’s Hope families who are making a difference!
In November, our team submitted 16 home studies for consideration! That's 16 opportunities for an Addy’s Hope family to be matched with a child in need of a forever home.
Additionally, our staff participated in 1 selection staffing! This staffing allowed 1 family to be considered as a potential match for children, and the children’s teams met with our staff to share crucial information. This collaboration helps determine whether a family is the perfect forever home for these children.
To be able to continue in their process, 4 families finished their training and 1 kinship family had their home study approved in order to get closer to forever.
Excitingly, 1️⃣ family officially became a forever family with the finalization. Not only did they finalize, but they chose forever with a teen!
At Addy’s Hope, we envision a world where youth, children, parents, and families have a voice and are equipped to navigate God's plan and purpose for their lives. We desire for parents in crisis pregnancy to have a voice for their and their children's future.
We inspire to see a word where adoption is understood and valued by children, biological families, adoptive families, and those in decision-making positions within the state of Texas. We envision a child welfare system where adoption is prioritized and the number of children in the Texas foster care system waiting for adoption and aging out of the system diminishes each year.
By sharing these updates with you, we hope to give you a better understanding of the incredible work we’re doing and the dedication behind each placement. While the process can be long and complex, it’s always worth it because every child deserves a family to call their own.

As November, National Adoption Month, comes to a close, we would be remiss to not take this opportunity to share our hearts with you about adoption! Every month in Texas alone there are anywhere between 4,000 and 6,000 children who are legally free for adoption and stuck in our foster care system! This year, 2025, has proven to be even more challenging than ever before to complete matched adoptions in the state of Texas. But Addy’s Hope continues to do the work that God has called us to do by recruiting, training and supporting the amazing Texas families whom God has called to adopt these children! And we have been a constant voice advocating for these waiting children in a foster driven system that so frequently “forgets” the child that cannot be reunified with biological parents and have no other safe family to care for them. For those children, adoption is the path to permanency and stability!

We are so thankful for the families who have trusted us with their adoption journey! Over 75% of our families in 2025 came to us after a failed adoption process with another agency. We understand the level of trust it takes to enter the process again, and we do not take that trust placed in us lightly!

Our core belief at Addy’s Hope is that all children should be raised by their birth family when possible, but when it’s not, we believe adoption is a loving option for children to obtain permanency and stability! Congratulations to our newest “official” West Texas family! Look at that smile! Here at Addy’s Hope we have a core value that ALL children belong in a permanent and stable family! The system operates as if children above 14 are too old to need parents, but we believe they still need someone to love, care, teach, and show up for them!!!
