💊 Brooke S. — The Blister Pack Boss� Fast, focused, and always in control! Brooke’s our lead blister-packing technician — she’s got precision down to a science and keeps those blister packs flying! She keeps the rest of us in line, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. 👑
💻 Brandi — The Medicare Mastermind� Need a hernia belt? A custom request? A prior auth that makes no sense? Brandi’s got it covered! She’s our go-to guru for all things billing and beyond. Calm under pressure, sweet to everyone, and possibly powered by caffeine and miracles ☕✨
⚙️ Kim — The Get-It-Done Guru� From clerk to tech, Kim jumped in, learned fast, and now keeps us running like a well-oiled machine. She’s got that “I’ll handle it” energy that makes everything smoother — an essential part of our team!💪
📞 Linet — The Multitasking Marvel� Soft-spoken but mighty, Linet bridges worlds as our in-house Spanish-speaking tech. She’s the quiet storm who gets it all done and always steps in when we need her most. The real definition of team player. 🌟

We are SO EXCITED to welcome our new neighbors to Danville Road!! 🤗

We FINALLY signed a lease for our new location! We are moving to the former CarQuest building on Danville Road in Decatur. 🎈🎉🥳🎈🎉.

***Please be patient with us during this transition time and keep on bringing your donations to our current location at 1311 19th Ave SE, Decatur, until we tell you to bring donations over to the new location. We don’t know exactly when this move will happen but we do know it’s all way more expensive than we planned. So we’re doing another auction to help with more moving expenses. Stay tuned for the auction starting soon.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of one of our beloved founders and pharmacists, Steve Sandlin. Since opening the doors of Payless Pharmacy in 1976, Steve dedicated his life to serving this community with compassion, integrity, and a true commitment to care.

For nearly five decades, he touched the lives of countless families—always with a kind word, a helping hand, and a smile that made everyone feel welcome. His vision built more than a pharmacy; it built a place where neighbors could count on trust, service, and friendship.

We are deeply grateful for the legacy he leaves behind and the many customers who have been part of the Payless Pharmacy family through the years. Steve’s memory will continue to inspire us as we carry on his mission of serving this community with the same dedication he showed every day.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and all who knew and loved him. ❤️
