As we learn to embrace the will of the Father, our hearts gather closely together to remember Bishop E. F. Grey Jr.—not just our pastor and chaplain, but truly our family. Bishop Grey was woven into the very beginning of United Funeral Home. He prayed us through our fears, celebrated our victories, and covered us with a kind of love that felt safe, steady, and personal.

And whenever any of us needed guidance, comfort, or just someone who would truly listen, he was the one we would turn to. He loved us in a way that left a mark on our lives, and we loved him in a way words can barely capture.

Bishop, we will miss you deeply—your voice, your prayers, your presence, and the way you made each of us feel seen and cared for. You will forever be a part of who we are, UNITED!
