We pause once more this month to remember a group of individuals that we want all of us to support!!

💙💛 October is Down Syndrome Awareness Month. And in Illinois, there’s a lot to celebrate. 💙💛

Across the state, people with Down Syndrome are breaking barriers, shaping communities, and redefining what inclusion really looks like.

And inclusion is more than a value, it’s a responsibility. One that requires listening, learning, and building systems that support real choice and opportunity.

This October, let’s celebrate strengths, uplift voices, and work toward communities where everyone belongs, every day of the year.

Halloween at MRI!!

What a fun morning of camaraderie and fun together. So many of our staff departments dressed up. We are so proud of our staff who went above and beyond to make today (& this week) so fun. MRI is such a fun place to work & serve. 🎃

Reminded again during our most recent tour this week…that every license plate in the State of Illinois is made right here at MRI (some of the work & jobs done by our persons served & some by members of our community).

We have our updated display wall which is a plate from every year since 1983.
