8 Things to do to feel more rested
• Go to bed 30 minutes earlier than usual (even if you don’t fall asleep right away)
• Step outside for fresh air and sunlight, even if it’s just 5–10 minutes
• Put your phone down at least 20 minutes before bed
• Drink water consistently throughout the day
• Do one thing slower than usual—eat, walk, or even breathe
• Take a short “do nothing” break without multitasking
• Stretch your body, especially your shoulders, neck, and back
• Say no to one thing that feels draining
You don’t need a full reset. Small shifts can help your body feel safe enough to rest again.
