What if returning to work didn’t mean leaving your baby behind?

In our latest Building the Village blog, we’re highlighting Selina Wiggins, founder of Heinsch House - Atlanta’s first co-working space with on-site childcare for children under 3.

Heinsch House was created with working parents in mind: a place where presence and productivity aren’t at odds, where secure attachment and professional goals can coexist.

Whether you’re balancing nap schedules with Zoom meetings, or just craving community with other parents in the same season — this space is changing the way we support working families.

For many new moms, the pressure to “bounce back” after birth shows up fast — and runs deep.

In our latest Building the Village blog feature, we’re highlighting Carli Packard, LPC, a virtual therapist and the founder of The Caring Shop, who supports moms struggling with body image and disordered eating during pregnancy and postpartum.

Carli brings a deeply compassionate and informed approach, blending trauma-informed therapy, intuitive eating, and EMDR to help clients quiet the food noise, release shame, and reconnect with their bodies in a more trusting way.
