We had two new students the other night who just killed it made it through to the other side, which is not easy to do with a lot of life and includes Bikram Yoga! ! This is a before, and after picture of one of our new students, however I had to catch her in the parking lot for the after! Still smiles 😂( great sport) This is Meagan , and another new new student named Terri she absolutely did amazing , it’s always inspirational to see new people come and get through the class reminds me and us of our first few classes the difficulty, the courage and strength it took. It’s not supposed to be easy.
