When Susie goes to a Bikram yoga class for those who don’t know she’s old school she used to teach her Still Hot Yoga back in the early days. A lot of our students actually remember her and she was Randy’s first teacher ever, she occasionally will send me a picture of after her class telling me how she feels reborn after taking such a challenging and fun class in Colorado.

Love this , I had a challenging class Wednesday night ( Sydney’s class) , so fun to have the other teachers in the room practicing together , while it’s always a different challenge some days more than others , this one was a dozy for Cleve !

And I felt amazing all the same , I love the practice the challenge it brings and the feeling it gives me and especially for me it shuts my brain up !!

and we teachers have fun notice them laughing at me 😂love it ! Great capture Sydney with and 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Martin Luther King Day 10 AM class such a great class the progression of opening the door like your glasses, fogging up from the humidity. the camera lens did the same thing, hot, humid, and challenging
